Wall-mounted split systems installed across Bridgwater and Somerset, free site survey and fixed quote
Air conditioning is something I have added to what FireFlow does because summers keep getting hotter and more customers ask me about it every year. I install wall-mounted split systems for homes and small commercial properties across Bridgwater and Somerset, from a single unit in a home office or bedroom through to multi-split setups that run several rooms off one outdoor unit.
Every install starts with a proper site survey. I look at the room sizes, the wall you want the indoor unit on, where the outdoor unit can sit, and the pipe run between the two. Then I quote a clear fixed price for the whole job including materials, so there are no surprises. A straightforward domestic single-split install starts from £1,800, and qualifying domestic installs are currently zero-rated for VAT under the scheme running through 31 March 2027.
Installs are usually done in a day for a single split system, longer for multi-splits or trickier runs. I keep things tidy, protect floors and skirting, and run through how the system works before I leave. As with everything I do, you get honest advice on the right unit for your property, not a hard sell on the biggest one on the shelf.

We honestly cannot recommend Bradley highly enough!Bradley first carried out plumbing work for us at our previous home in Somerset, and from the very beginning he was fantastic. He responded incredibly quickly, sourced all the materials without any delay, turned up exactly when he said he would, and completed everything to an exceptionally high standard. His workmanship is outstanding, and nothing ever seems too much trouble.Since moving to Devon, we didn’t even consider using anyone else. Even though we’re now outside his usual area, Bradley very kindly travelled all the way to us to carry out the work, which we really appreciated. Once again, he did an amazing job and exceeded all our expectations. It’s so rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also reliable, honest, hardworking and genuinely friendly. We trust Bradley completely, and every job he has done for us has been completed perfectly. We are so incredibly grateful that he was willing to travel to us, and we honestly can’t thank him enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bradley to anyone looking for a first-class plumber. Thank you again, Bradley you’re absolutely brilliant!

Brilliant service – fixed an ongoing issue!"Booked a routine service, but also mentioned that my radiators were taking ages to heat up. The engineer identified a pressure issue and a minor block in the system. He sorted the problem quickly during the visit and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts. The boiler is now running quieter and much more efficiently. Incredible customer service from start to finish."

Boiler installations start from £2,220 including VAT (£1,850 ex VAT), but the final price depends on your property, system type, and how much work is involved. We always carry out a proper assessment and give you a clear, fixed quote before any work begins, with no surprises.
Most standard boiler replacements are completed within one day. More complex jobs, like system conversions or relocating a boiler, can take two to three days. We will let you know exactly what to expect upfront so you are not left without heating longer than necessary.
We handle everything from start to finish: removing your old boiler, installing the new one, upgrading any necessary pipework, and fully testing the system. Once complete, we show you how everything works and make sure your heating is running safely and efficiently.
Many of the boilers we install come with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years, depending on the make and model. We will explain the exact warranty terms before you commit so you know precisely what is covered.
Yes. Removing and disposing of your old boiler is included as part of the installation. We disconnect the old unit, take it away, and dispose of it responsibly, so there is nothing for you to arrange separately.
A standard boiler service is £114 including VAT (£95 ex VAT), and a full strip-down service (recommended for older, heavily used, oil, or long-neglected boilers) is £192 including VAT (£160 ex VAT). Any parts needed are charged separately, and you will always be told upfront if anything needs replacing, so there are no hidden costs.
You should have your boiler serviced once a year to keep it running safely and efficiently. Annual servicing also helps prevent breakdowns and keeps your manufacturer warranty valid.
A full boiler service includes checking all key components, cleaning essential parts, testing for safe operation, and making sure everything is running efficiently. It is designed to catch small issues before they turn into expensive repairs.
Yes. Most manufacturers require an annual service to keep the warranty valid. Booking a yearly service with a Gas Safe registered engineer protects that cover and keeps your boiler running at its best.
Autumn is a popular time to book, ready for the colder months when your heating works hardest. That said, a service is worthwhile at any time of year to keep your boiler safe and efficient.
Boiler repairs start with a £90 diagnostic, which includes the first hour. After that, labour is £70 per hour plus any parts required. You will always get a clear explanation and price before any repair goes ahead.
We aim to attend as quickly as possible, often the same day or next day, especially for no heating or hot water. Many faults can be fixed on the first visit, depending on the issue and parts availability.
It depends on the age, condition, and cost of the repair. If your boiler is older or keeps breaking down, a replacement can often be more cost-effective long term. We will always give honest advice on the best option for you, not just the most expensive one.
