After that, labour is £70 per hour plus any parts required, and you will always get a clear explanation and price before any repair goes ahead.
I aim to attend as quickly as possible, often the same day or next day, especially when you have no heating or hot water. Many faults can be put right on the first visit depending on the issue and parts availability, and I carry common spares to give you the best chance of a one-visit fix.
